Triad Cleaning Solutions, a rapidly-growing commercial cleaning provider operating out of Florida approached us looking to breathe life into their brand. For nearly 25 years Triad conducted business under the same stock logo with no brand strategy, defined message, or consistent identity system.

Marketing and competitor audits, focus groups and surveys helped us transform an undefined audience and narrative into a focused, benefit-centric brand message that would connect with their target audience and set them apart from local and national competitors.
- Solution
A new brand mark, color palette and font set created a consistent visual identity to tie in web, social media, video and print materials. Triad’s brand promise of relationships, reliability and results came to life in its new tagline ‘Clean You Can Count On’ and the 3R guarantee. Services were divided into four individual verticals based on industry, each with its own color and icons.
